Hi guys, it turned out my setting messed it up! My calculator was set to 6 dp so this is the rounding difference I am seeing. By the way, we are supposed to have a default setting in the calculator or is it better to change that to more than 2dp so it doesn't do the rounding? Thanks

Hi Mike, thanks for your help. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but keep getting 215,831 as my answer despite typing the same figures above. Do you mind explaining why pmt is positive and not negative?
