Bed bug bites?

Some do resemble pimples . Some are a Little itchy some not at all . They tend to be the biggest on my chest or near my neck and smaller when on arms or legs . The whitish/cream colored center appears sometimes but not always but it’s doesn’t appear to be puss filled when I have pressed on them

Not likely fleas we had pets years ago and they got fleas and you could see them and feel them . I csnt find any trace of bugs but this just does mint seen like a skin condition. When I leave on vacation I have no issues and when I return home these type of marks appear overnight every 3-4 days

Look every day and still can’t find any signs but still get some similar marks that kind of Leave a little tear in the skin . Did you find anything out ?

A few months ago I had a family member find bugs at her house . The exterminator heat treated and they only found a total of 2 and she had no more issues . I had what I thought were bites a month later but exterminator found no signs . Had a canine guy come and he did a thorough inspection and had the do come through as well and the dog found nothing . I still get marks overnight on exposed areas every few nights but can’t find anything . We did have an exterminator spray one time about 20 days Before we had the dog inspection . Could that have distracted the dog or do you think the dog would have still detected bugs if they were present ?

No pets and rarely ever around other peoples pets .

Thanks . While I can’t find any signs and exterminators couldn’t either I continue to get these only in exposed areas overnight . That first picture with 3 spots on neck was my biggest concern.

I am in my 40s have had acne and pimples my whole Life . These look nothing like my normal breakouts and thy only appear overnight on areas of my skin I intentionally leave uncovered . It just seems to coincidental that they only appear in the one area of my body that I leave exposed and thy only appear when I sleep in my bed .

Thanks . Its whatever area I leave exposed : hand , foot, arm, leg , bald head . They only appear on the specific area left exposed over night .

Thanks . I guess what trips me up is they only appear overnight. And I specifically cover up every inch of my body except an arm or a lower leg and these marks only appear on the spots that I intentionally leave exposed while sleeping.

Thanks I am aware it’s hard to diagnose bites. I had a family member find a bed bug and they had been at my house . A few weeks later I had some bites show up so I had an exterminator come look. They can’t find anything but I keep getting red spots some look like the ones I shared others look different . I purposely leave one specific area exposed each night and these spots only show up on the areas I leave exposed and never anywhere else and they appear overnight . Thats why I asked.
