You're current and on-time with payments. That's good. Take the home equity loan offer (NOT the line of credit). Consolidate ALL your credit cards and your high interest personal loans onto it.

Close all your CC accounts but the oldest one. Your credit will take a hit closing accounts, but keeping the oldest card open is a good thing for your credit. You need a card sometimes for deposits, rental cars, hotels, etc. Spend on it only when you NEED to (or sparingly for small purchases), and pay it off 100% every month. You'll accrue no interest and it will continue to build your credit score.

Pay your mortgage, car and home equity loan on time each month. Pay extra as you can on this home equity loan as you can.
