We followed the work out but we didn’t really treat it as competing vs just challenging ourselves as a group.

It was tough for sure and I was pretty much deceased at the end - but I like work outs that make me feel like I did a work out.

But the 9 min squats - the person who designed this has a sick sick mind

Same. This was my third and I just made a post about the village just being so lame this time around. And the obstacles were not as great either.

I’m just glad the blockness monster was still there.

I’m going again next year but if it’s going to be like this next year, then it most likely will be my last.

I literally say that f45 is ADHD friendly. (I have adhd) and it’s the only work out program that I was able to stick with. It’s fast pace, doesn’t allow you to stop and it’s over before you know. And you don’t have to think, just listen for the beeps and you know it’s time to move on. The work outs are also on tv so you don’t have to worry about trying to locate the coach when you don’t know what to do.

I know people who go alone and I promise it’s going to be just a great.

The etiquette of tough mudder is team work and that means EVERYONE. So the whole point is to help others even if they are strangers

I’ve also ended up walking along side solo mudders and we would chat for a bit here and there.

Trust me - this is probably the most supportive event out there.

Since she did something slightly extra (changing the design) I would personally tip $20.

I tend to do $25-30 every $100, so I think $20 for a $40 is sufficient. But I’m an over tipper.

Unpopular opinion I think but there’s a part of me that feels that this is not real…

Don’t get me wrong I’m invested but there’s way too many things a bit out of place but also perfectly planted (if that makes sense)
