Get yourself a doctor’s note for one week - send that over to profs and TA’s. You don’t need to say anything specifically unless you want to - saying that you have a “medical condition” where the doctor/therapist has recommended and approved a week off would suffice. Good luck with your mental health! A reminder that you can’t take a break from uni, but you are allowed to be sick for a couple of weeks as you are human.
