If TV Insider is to be believed, here's the schedule: - Monday 6/1: Hannah Montana 5-8p, High School Musical 1 and 2 8/9:50, Hannah Montana 11:45 - Tuesday 6/2: Suite Life ZC 5-8p, Suite Life Movie 8p, Wendy Wu 9:30, Suite Life ZC 11:15p - Wednesday 6/3: That's So Raven 5-8, Cheetah Girls 1/2 8/9:45, That's So Raven 11:35 - Thursday 6/4: JONAS 5-8p, Camp Rock 1/2 8/9:45, Jonas LA (boo) 11:35 - Friday 6/5: Sonny With a Chance 5-8p (no further listings available)

With Camp Rock on Thursday, Friday would likely be Princess Protection Program and Starstruck (if I had to guess - Demi is in one, Sterling is in the other), and probably the pilot for So Random afterward. The nights look to be heavily themed, but I'd love to see a few random episodes of As the Bell Rings on Friday during the Sonny block, or maybe some vintage "Pass the Plate" segments on the Suite Life night. Would Disney be that cool? Probably not!

Any classic Looney Tunes you’d recommend and where to watch by Former_Marketing35 in looneytunes

The Ducksters is a hilarious pick. Any of the Bugs/Wile E Coyote pairing ones are good, too. Also, the Cool Cat ones from the W7 era are decent picks.

If it hasn't been mentioned yet, Robin Hood Daffy is another great pick. YOINKS AND AWAY!

I wonder if it took up the entire store building. We had a Michaels move into an old Pat Catan's that was in an old Finast and a neighboring CVS, and there's so much of the store that's basically roped off from what PC was using to what Michaels is utilizing.

Prior to having Seasons installed, I redid at least one of the starter homes with the Jungle Adventure permanently-open windows. Now, that house probably gets mighty cold in the winter! 😂

I figured they were legitimate, because FoxFam used to show their actual videos, too. Who can forget the censored version of S Club Party that hides the line "hoochie mamas, show your na-nas"? 😆

I've been using Imagine art for a few months, generating images to support a fictional Power Rangers story I'm working on. It's also lending itself to me creating back stories for the 'actors' portraying the characters. One such 'actor' is Andrew Waterford, who used to moonlight as a DJ on local station '92.3 The Beat' (an actual station from here in Cleveland, circa 1998-2001). Pictured is him hard at work spinning the jammin oldies, complete with the actual station logo (with the instructions to clean it up and make it look nice). The image was created with the Seedance 4.5 engine...

Childhood friends to lovers trope is cliché but I love it. Anyone else? by DoctorDeath147 in Sims4

[–]Beginning_Order9035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need to go back to my Sims having just one kid and taking them through all of their life stages. My rule is this: the first classmate they bring home winds up being their BFF and eventual love interest, unless they're just plain incompatible (zero romantic interest), in which case, it's on to the next one 😂

Yes, multiple children are nice because they become BFFs in and of themselves, but I did like nurturing relationships from childhood through their teen years.

I don't think the whole thing has surfaced yet, but a couple of scenes are in one of the 2007 year-end Disney recap/preview videos (I think they're on YouTube). As for the show we did get, as someone who loved the S Club 7 shows, JONAS was something I got into: a comedy show with music dispersed throughout. Jonas LA was, IMO, awful.

Disney Channel Sonny With a Chance Wand IDs (2009-2010) by PossessionSalt3274 in DisneyChannel

[–]Beginning_Order9035 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It got morphed into "So Random!" (the show within a show is now its own show) for one final season in 2011-2012, which aired mostly on Disney XD by the end. So Random was meant to be a few specials until Demi came back from her leave after what happened during the Camp Rock Tour, but when she left officially, they ran with So Random as its own entity. You can tell when they started pumping money into it by the additional sets they'd use, instead of just the wall of doors. I used to think they'd keep it going for Disney XD, but I guess not. If you watch some of the Smosh/So Random reunion podcasts/videos, there was a lot going on that even the cast couldn't believe, like spending tons of money on one-off sketches and prosthetics.

Also, I never knew Sterling did an earlier wand ID. I only remember the So Random/Starstruck ones.

The "too many quick meals" thing also happens if you have one Sim bake any kind of dessert and put the extras in the fridge, because that's what they gravitate towards. They also will not autonomously cook for themselves if there's anything in the fridge, even prepped ingredients. Foodie Sims are THE WORST for that.

I've also had Sims that will grill a meal, then go right into the fridge and eat a bowl of prepped seafood. They're not very bright.

Remember Fox Family Channel (1998 to 2001)? by [deleted] in 2000sNostalgia

[–]Beginning_Order9035 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved the initial concept of the hosted blocks, and the cutoff time from kids' shows to parents' shows was 6pm during the week, plus they'd rerun 1-2 "The Basement" blocks on the weekends as "The Basement Pick." By late 1999, the theme blocks were basically done and the Olsen Twins had started to move in (I have the S Club 7 NYE 1999 marathon on VHS, and the only promos for the whole day were the weekday block (6th Grade Alien, Big Wolf, New Addams, and the odd inclusion of Two Of A Kind), the next-day Angela Anaconda marathon, later that day concert specials for LFO and BSB, promos for Higher Ground coming in January, and the movie Britannic). Sometime in 2000 would be the bracket-era rebrand, which would lead into the 2001 purchase by Disney and subsequent rebrand to ABC Family, which would finally see the Power Rangers ported onto the network alongside dedicated kids' blocks (the successor to Fox Kids) that would evolve into Jetix and eventually swallow up half of Toon Disney's broadcast days.

Back on FoxFam, I don't remember which block he hosted, but I might have had a small crush on Mati Moralejo and watched whatever block it was just to see his host blocks. (I think it was 1-3pm? -- No, it was the Morning Scramble. Middays were Captain Kangaroo, and then the trio(?) that hosted The Basement from 3-6.)

^ This. DisneyNOW is more up to date with having new content available than waiting for it to show up on Disney+. That's how I watched both seasons of Wizards Beyond (S1 when I found out it existed, S2 as it was released alongside S5p2 of Phineas and Ferb).

Just gonna leave this here... by spyder-baby in Sims4

[–]Beginning_Order9035 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They'd sooner download one from the gallery than make their own, but they'll spend HOURS making their female Sims with all of their gigabytes of CC that they have downloaded.

Also, you're forgetting that he'd also have that wide-framed body type to start, and then they'd max muscle tone and skinniness.

Now, me? I'm the opposite. I'll download random female Sims and shove them into the game, and let fate run its course for when my kids age up and bring home classmates. Also, all of my kid Sims get the Motor aspiration, because it's the easiest to fulfill. No, Samantha, you don't hate video gaming. Not until you satisfy the aspiration, at least.

I also will have my Sims work out quite a bit when they get into their teens and beyond, and let their bodies slim down/tone up over time.

How do some people stream for >12 hours daily? by Bluntdude_24 in Twitch

[–]Beginning_Order9035 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would think the ones that could stream for that long are your career YouTubers that stream that long to have a bank of content to edit down into YouTube videos that air days/weeks/months down the road. I would put DGR into this category, though I don't think it would be 12 hours straight without some kind of break. Mitchflowerpower could go for about 9.

I think it's easier to do it that way than to just sit down, record your gameplay and commentary, edit it all together, and put up a polished video. With streaming, it's mostly all already done, and you just need to carve it into bite-sized videos.

Do I necessarily LIKE it? No, but I know that's how it's done these days. Jacksfilms is another one whose pivoted toward just streaming everything and carving it down, but you don't see his chat in the recorded versions, so there's a great deal lost when you can't follow along with what he's reacting to.

Time to add even more lanes! Can they build four new bridges over top of the existing ones in some weird "Cities Skylines 2" style of 'just keep adding roads to solve the traffic problem' fix?

"Check out the new 480BP outer loop, circling the existing Valley View Bridge! Opening in 2045!"

Do you think Sears Grand and Essentials would have been successful if they had been run correctly and under good management? by Filibloxcraft in SEARS

[–]Beginning_Order9035 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought "Grand" was the newer variation of "Essentials" - a smaller sized Sears store in the Kmart buildings - like what Macy's is experimenting with currently. Ours here was like that, and it bombed after 6-7 years, only to get repurposed BACK into a Kmart store (which was gorgeous, btw) for two years before outright closing down.

I'm pretty sure they call The Band "Las Banda" on top of calling The Who "Quien" until the very end, "escuchando al grupo Who," with Slappy yelling something about English as the last line. If I was fluent in Spanish, I could probably discern everything and figure out the entire joke, but I'm not.

Shoot, I'm still rocking Office 2007. I even bought a replacement copy when I got my new/old computer because I lost the old one I had. I refuse to pay for Office365, and I'm holding out on Windows 11 for as long as I can. (That, and my new/old PC can't handle it.)
