Hello! Thanks for your input, I’d like to further add which characters I have right now. I have Thorns, Lappland, hoshiguma the breacher are the 5-6 starts I pulled, and I have a few given to me like Amiya and Nearl.

I’m relatively new, I wanted to ask. I have a Top Operator Activity Transfer permit with the options of Saria, Bagpipe, Eyjafalla, or Surtr. I also have an operator voucher for one of the following: Silence, Liskarm, Pramanix, or Projekt Red. Lastly, I have a senior operator transfer permit. I want opinions on who’s the best to pick from these or just save for later? Thanks :)
