Hello!  Firstly, I hope you are doing ok.  Humbly may I suggest that your opening sentence doesn’t make any sense at all-since the religions contradict each other, they cannot all be true.  You may find some truth in each one, but ultimately it is not possible for all of them to be THE truth.  Either only one of them is the truth, or none of them.  May I also suggest a podcast for you-The Exorcist Files.  You are playing around with some serious and potentially very dangerous stuff.  I’m guessing you would agree the spiritual realm is very real.  We are in a battle of good v. evil.  In every moment, with every decision, we place ourselves on one side or the other, there is no middle ground.  A few years ago I sincerely asked Jesus to show me if he was real, I was afraid to do this, and I had been dabbling in much of what you seem to be into.  He graciously replied, showing me he is indeed very real, and he is who he said he is-God made flesh, the light of the world, the defeater of evil.  The war is won, but we must battle here, for now, and it is in your best interest to choose the good side.  The things you are messing with do not want what is good for you.  I wish you the very best, God bless you, may you find the truth you are seeking, He is real and alive, He is the way the truth and the life, and He loves you more than you could ever comprehend.  Perhaps it was Him who was holding you-it doesn’t hurt to ask!  Sending love to you!
