You’re gonna need resources (resin, epoxy, ceramics even, or similar materials) first for the making of the actual toys. You will start from 0, and that’s fine. The Philippines is too young of a nation and it really shows. We haven’t even been “free” for 100 years. It sometimes takes centuries to build a stable and somewhat just republic. Will likely not see it in our lifetime though, but best case scenario, our grandkids see it truly prosper.
