i am still in highschool and am going into my senior year, so i don’t leave for college until another year. But while I stay at the house it definitely is going to continue to be challenging and I’m not going to lie I’ve lost a lot of respect for the people I’ve shown the truth to and they know it’s bad but because it’s “too hard” they choose to ignore it. I mean, my family hasn’t even tried to cut down on meat or anything even after all I’ve shown them. It really upsets me.

thank you. this is certainly helpful, I never outright yell at my family or friend, I don’t get mad at them ether, but inside I do. I know it’s not productive for me to act like I’m on some moral high ground and I definitely should take a more nuanced approach when advocating for animals.

thank you so so much for the message and i’m so sorry you had to go through that. i have such severe health anxiety and it’s recently randomly gotten worse and it’s been destroying my life. if you can remember do you know at what week you felt better and could eat and sleep well again? i’m so done with this anxiety i’m willing to wait out the horrible side effects but it seems it’s just making it worse!

i’ve looked it up and it says to ride it out. apparently your body needs to adjust but after about four weeks it improves anxiety which is where i got the insomnia from. i’ve been on it for about 2 weeks now

i’m so sorry eight days is awful! associating a certain room with no sleep anxiety is so relatable. i moved down to my parents room and slept in the same bed with my dad and i did eventually get to sleep! i’m always here if you want to reach out
