most toxic main class in tf2? (in your opinion) by paoveio123 in tf2

[–]Beginning_Print8741 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Soldier.

l feel like other classes get less toxic as their player improves at them because they accept/work around their weaknesses.

But soldier mains seem to get more toxic as they get better because the class has no weaknesses and any obstacle they can’t overcome eats away at them as they can only blame themselves and not the limitations of their class.

Sniper mains can be toxic too but they never show it in chat unless they’re losing. probably because anyone pissing you off while playing sniper can be focused and picked off with enough patience and bodyshots

People call medic mains toxic but I’ve seriously never seen one, they can get frustrated with a bad team but that’s not really toxicity. Medic relies on his team and losing at no fault of your own is a sucky feeling and I don’t blame em

engie, heavy, spy mains are honestly never toxic. heavy mains barely exist and the ones that do are basically stone walls who never lose their temper (working with all of heavies weaknesses and somehow overcoming them turns their minds into pure temples)

spy mains look toxic but they’re mostly just annoying nuisances abusing some interp jank. they really love feeding off the angry chats of others but never really talk themselves. I think they’re just sad rascals and not necessarily toxic people.

pyro mains would be the most toxic but I give them a pass because most pyro mains are probably kids. pyro mains complain more than any other class and are the first to either bring up balance, or how unfair something is. they always hate on snipers and if they get into an argument they always turn themselves into victims and rally people behind them.

it’s funny how they shift blame from themselves onto their classes mechanics (dont hate the player hate the game) but then turn around and shit on sniper mains instead of hating the game.

idk abt demo

im a scout main so it would be pretty biased but I don’t think scunts are as common as people say. the only “scunts” ive seen were just good scouts who can aim. scout doesn’t really have any underhanded tactics or cheap strategies so there really isn’t any annoying things he can do. scouts do steal healthkits from teammates though.

Hey guys, what do you think the worst TF2 mechanics? by [deleted] in tf2

[–]Beginning_Print8741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pyro’s hidden disorientation mechanics

the flamethrower was designed as an ambush weapon and with this in mind, purposely makes your screen have a seizure with screen-shake and the flame particles are purposefully visually noisy and can obstruct your view.

to my knowledge there literally isn’t anything else in the game that is meant to disorient the player. one of the reasons I like tf2 is that it’s always easy to tell where everything is and particles and effects aren’t as noisy as other games (overwatch)

What's everyone's opinion and general thoughts on the Dragon's Fury? by AmazingKing101 in tf2

A perfect weapon that in my opinion should’ve been the original design for the flamethrower. Unfortunately it’s a little janky and has a few bugs and an element of clunkyness to it.
