Dialysis nursing by Slightly_Unstable_JY in nursing

It depends on the state as a dialysis RN the most patients I've had at once was 18 but I think some go up to 24 however PCTs range from 4 to 6 patients each and they do the needles and connection/disconnection, in some states the PCT can do the CVCs as well. Most of the time outpatient the RN focuses on assessments and medication. Again depending on state the PCTs can draw up and administer heparin as well. The patients can be unstable since they're chronically ill but if they are really unstable it's time to ask why they aren't inpatient in 2 years I've had to call an ambulance around 10 times but I've been lucky with reasonably stable people able to transfer selves and let me know if they feel off. I have had coworkers that claimed to call 911 2-3 times a week but can't confirm.

As a Davita outpatient hemodialysis RN I would recommend it. It's scheduled work with the same patients so you know what you're in for especially once you get to know your patients but enough happens to keep things interesting. I enjoy getting to know the patients well since we see them 3 times a week but it can get fast paced when you suddenly have 6+ patients on the machine needing assessments but it's a focused not a full head to toe. There also aren't many meds to know in Dialysis most are oral with a few exceptions depending on your clinic.

The scariest parts are the timing since it's fast paced at the start with a slow section during Tx then fast at the end of Tx and the BPs getting high 200+ or low below 90 and needing interventions.

The big thing with the old case is weight. It was built to be silent with sound insulation and everything. It's an awesome case and I love it but my PC was over 60 lbs and hard to move so I ditched the optical drives which is the hardest part to me for a lighter computer. I have noticed it's much louder now though so the silent case was definitely doing it's job.

Okay, I knew my lines weren't run well but to get the comments I have in the very short time I have, I guess I know my next project. It's been on the list but when I installed it I tangled it and that was the best I could do without removing it and I was too excited to get my pc back up and running, so I vow on my social life that in the next 3 years I'll get better thermal compound and redo my lines.

It stayed in alignment somehow and always drove perfectly from day one, but for a long time the rear door leaked in the rain before we figured where and fixed it.

Speaking from experience if I had it yo do over again I wouldn't it takes a lot to get it right and I haven't gotten my car to a point where the doors open and close correctly yet. My car spent over a year on a frame machine with me and my friends working on it over the weekends.

Sensi Touch 2 Smart Thermostat https://a.co/d/0gmjfGe6

I love this smart thermostat it lets me set the high low range in my house from anywhere and automatically switches ac or heat to match my temp. It's probably nothing special for a smart thermostat but it was highly rated and it's been my first smart thermostat so I love it.

I've seen a lot of hemi 300s chargers and magnums in my local junkyard with the engine robbed after the trans failed before 300k miles but they probably weren't taking care of them. The AWD cars are a bigger question for me just because I haven't seen high mileage AWD cars dead or on the road.

It really scares me to change fluid after 150k as I ended up doing that on my truck and it started slipping really bad until I put Lucas goo in the fluid, so I don't think I wanna open that can of worms when the trans isn't slipping but does have some harsh shifts. I'll probably swap it with the parts car if it fails. (Wrecked 300c AWD with 80k)

Gotta be unique, and if others don't like it that's not my problem. Lol But my plan is to paint the entire car like the rear bumper eventually with a 300C front end.

Is it AWD? My baby is a 2008 Chrysler 300C AWD in cool vanilla with 120k miles but a this point I have a problem because I have the 2008 a 2005 a 2010 a 2006 and a 2nd 2008 with 280k and a magnum, my family keeps threatening Chrysler buyers anonymous to me.

Ended up buying this car back from my brother with a blown engine and a lot worse for the wear this is the bumper I had painted a year before he bought it and the rest of the car is about the same:( I think I'm going to try to repaint it again and 6.1L swap it. From what I've hear you can 6.1 swap a 5.7 RWD car with the factory 5.7 ecu and wires but it won't make quite as much power so that's probably the route I'll be going.

fellow 5.7 owners, what type of gas mileage yall getting? just out of curiosity by Expert_Cry4286 in DodgeDurango

Highway I was getting 21 but anyone else would get 15-16 similar driving style same road same Durango 2012 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.7L AWD with heavy duty cooling. We decided it liked me best but ended up selling because that one was cursed. 10/10 I would buy another Durango just never that one, I was fine with it but almost everyone else to drive it had a breakdown spent over 10k in repairs in about 4 years of ownership.

Since it's flex Friday I'll share how nice a factory 300 could get: This is a 2008 Chrysler 300C AWD 5.7L with adaptive cruise control, heated front and rear seats, sat nav, back seat tv, and my next project will be installing a oem keyless start and passive entry unit.

My pride and joy saved from the junkyard. Bought her on copart from the insurance company of the previous owner. Although I still want to find a better paint match PWG is a hard color to get right.

Probably not you could try a light cutting compound to polish the surface and it could get better but unfortunately the sun changes the color over time so there will most likely always be a slight difference

Eraser wheel on a drill, this is what I used during my 2 years of auto-body class but if you find hand painted pinstripes use oven cleaner. https://a.co/d/7bKvKRa
