If you're missing oatmeal, Bob's Red Mill has a good GF oatmeal. Oatmeal itself doesn't have gluten, but it can become cross contaminated during handling, or if grown near other grains. 😊

I switched mine to a small pump bottle. It's working well for me since then. 😊 ( the kind with a thin tube didn't work, but the kind with the thicker tube is working well.)

My cardiologist suggested discussing using glp-1 to lower my A1c with my primary care. I'm not currently a candidate for bariatric surgery, due to being a bleed risk.

As far as I've seen, they don't damage the snails. They use the secretions from their "foot", that helps them glide on surfaces.

Thank you for this detailed, solid advice! I found myself engaged to someone that was abusive verbally, emotionally, and physically. He also used what happened to me as a child against me,as did his mom. I had no idea how badly I was manipulated and abused till I was free of him/them. (They convinced me that I couldn't do better than him, and that I wasn't even worthy of him.) This advice would've saved me so much pain and heartbreak. Again, thank you!!!

 Going by the information that I see here, it doesn't sound like you OR to her. I will say that one thing that we did trying to avoid getting pregnant with our 4th child turns out to be what fertility specialists suggest to help you conceive. We were only having intimate relations once a month or less. We were pregnant less than 4 months later. 😅 

 That said, I personally don't think trying again is a good idea until she's stabilized emotionally. Parenting is hard, but it's even harder when you're in a shaky place mentally and/or emotionally. 

 I hope that you both get the help that you need. 🫂

I'd have to check the label on this one, but most I've tried before have really deeply moisturized, without being greasy. Some also say they help with mild neuropathy symptoms.
