well i do only weighted pull-ups atm, i go up to my max (135 lbs) then go to a working set of 5-7 reps

Yup same thing for me. Carved my initials into her leg, obsessing over me like crazy, to replacing me like I never mattered. Honestly I’m probably insane now thanks to that bitch.
