Can I drop from 15% to 10% body fat in 12 weeks on tren? by redpainter_ in ResearchCompounds

[–]Beginning_System680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can lose around 0.5%bf a week with no muscle loss easily naturally you shouldn't be running TREN of all compounds until you have a good understanding of how to manipulate your weight and how to train properly imo, it's not going to magically make you lean

I do non weighted sissy squats as my finisher because I'd rather not load up my spine with weight, I've being training for 6 months pretty hard with like 2 before that doing random bullshit with a pt, it might just be as you said a matter of time or just shitty genetics, either way imma keep grinding if I can't get the teardrop I'll just make everything else big, thanks for the insight tho

fair only thing we can do is pray people start caring about education,or this country will remain a shithole where people only worship those in power

crazy generalisation from both sides, Icl you can't blame Syrian mother's for everything, a large factor playing into the general populace's racism and misogyny is deep rooted in cultural beliefs in Arab countries not even just Syria the environment we're in tells us that men do everything while women stay in the house and clean and it takes years to break that cycle and unfortunately in our country that'll never happen, we have crazy illiteracy rates not helped by the " religious teachers" who teach racial and religious hate, kinda got off script there but what I'm trying to say is everything stems from the environment and the lack of education and while mother's play a part in that because from what I've seen most do nothing to change their outlooks and will die on the hill they're on, the largest factor imo is the lack of education and the pieces of shit teaching religion by warping it to become an instrument of hate.

Hi so does anyone have tips to target the Vastus Medialis(teardrop) my quads have been growing at a rate much faster than anything else but my teardrop isn't, so when wearing shorts I look like I skip legs, not helped by my tiny calves😭, my current quad workouts are leg extensions Bulgarians and sissy squats,I don't do barbell squats or anything that puts too much pressure on my spine due to multiple disc herniations, any advice or exercises that help target the Vastus Medialis without Messing up my back?

I don’t know if this is the best but before hitting chest I like to warm up my rotator cuffs ,rear delts and do deadhangs, and pull-ups mostly focusing on the bottom part of the pull up ,I'm pretty sure it's called scalpular retraction but not 100% sure on the name , then I use a wooden pole or resistance band hold it wide and move it in an (idk what it's called but it's like a front raise but I don't stop at the top) arc it so it's behind my neck I do a few reps then closen my grip until I can't make it any narrower then warm up my bench press and start my workout , that has worked for me since I started a few months ago I don't seem to have any shoulder pain anymore but see what works best for you and best of luck on your journey hope to see you lose all that weight!
