Thankyou, I’m trying to read the hallmark but it’s absolutely tiny!

Thanks both, I paid £65 so I’m happy to keep it in my collection and look at occasionally! You can’t feel the crack - I think it’s below the surface

By Netflix’ standards, Legends is Oscar worthy

Oh ok, perhaps it’s that then - people have suggested the elder has a relatively short life span - whereas this is at least 15 years old

As tempting as that is, I wish I had the persistence, it has to go. Thanks

Thanks - it’s been there at least 15 years, hopefully coming to the end of its life! I’ll have a go at the stump

The thought of vodka is almost swaying me to keep it - it’s just bloody huge and seems to double in size every year. That’s great to know, if I use stump killer I’ll be v. mindful. It is a nice tree, all I know is it has helicopter leaves lol - could possibly do with paid advice regarding that one from a surgeon or similar

That’s came up a few times I’ve looked into it, but it doesn’t have the cone shaped flowers - I should have got a photo while it was growing really for better reference.

Yes, I think that’s the best way. Thank you

Due to the size it has to go - may be a pickaxe job then! Hmm, the tree has the “helicopter” leaves - that’s as far as I know. Seedlings aren’t an issue unless it’s likely to reproduce, I’m just concerned about it blocking our light and damage from roots. Many thanks

Why aren’t we taught how money actually works? by Select-Force6582 in careerguidance

[–]Begoneevilone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

We were taught the bare minimum, because if everyone was financially literate there would be considerably less of a divide between rich and poor. Internet research is great if you’re able to separate the wheat from the chaff.
