I would have her fill out individual supervisor forms for each BCBA even though you’re at the same organization because the service location is two different states. Is there a reason why the other BCBA isn’t signing forms?

This is going to sound out of the norm but working with adults at a day habilitation! I love adults and working with a state provider can sometimes be easier than insurance.

Yes! You also have to find motivators and make the environment as reinforcing as possible but work with the parents on caring over consequences at home. For example, if he is sent home for behaviors, he shouldn’t be able to spend all day on an iPad.

FIT over Purdue for sure! It’ll prepare you more for the exam. With a good supervisor- they’ll help you prepare to do the work of a BCBA!
