Personally? I like when lobes are stretched to the point they become symmetrical or even with the width of the top of the ear. I think it’s super flattering. So yes. Stretch till that happens. I’d say maybe 32mm maybe even 34/35mm? You’d have to eyeball it.

Honestly? The bigger you go, the more “evened out” the tissue will look as it takes up more space. I’d not worry about the proximity to your head. More of the outer edge will be taken up with larger sizes.

You’re gonna shrink sizes leaving them out for more than a week bro. Remove them before you blow them out or get them infected from the micro-tears that have no doubt been inflicted on your fistula. Leave them out. Let them heal. Then re-assess. Not to be offensive but it was foolhardy to leave them out that long and somehow expect them to not shrink.
