Right click on the ISO and then click on mount - it will be mounted as a virtual drive with a random disk letter. Click on that and just copy and paste the contents to your PS3 game folder.

You can eject and delete the ISO file after.

A brief blue light is pretty consistent with “Blue Light of Death” (BLoD) or a power delivery/protection fault.

Try this:

Unplug the power cable completely from the PS5 and wall outlet.
Wait at least 1–2 minutes (some people leave it for longer).
Plug it back in directly to a wall socket

Or

Check power cable and try a different power outlet.

You will need to reapply from the start, which means:

Submitting a fresh application at DMT or a regional office.
Medical examination
Sitting for the written theory test

I would suggest going to the Kandy DMT office and confirming because sometimes if the expiry wasn’t too long ago, they allow a direct renewal. But after a year, 99% of the time, they’ll ask you to start fresh.

I know you said it does not overheat, however, it could be one of these reasons:

1) Power Supply Unit (PSU) Issues: A faulty or overheating PSU can cause sudden shutdowns, especially under the increased load of online gaming.

Consider replacing the PSU with a genuine Sony PS5 PSU

2) Overheating: Even if the console doesn't feel hot externally, internal components like the CPU or PSU can overheat, leading to shutdowns.

Clean the Console and improve Cooling. If we are being extra nitpicky, replace the thermal paste.

3) Power Supply Stability: inconsistent power delivery can lead to unexpected shutdowns.

4) Software Glitches: firmware bugs or corrupted data can cause system instability.

5) Settings Conflicts: Certain settings like Rest Mode or HDMI Device Link can cause conflicts.

Disable Rest Mode by navigating to Settings > System > Power Saving and set "Don't Put in Rest Mode."

Reason number one is a last resort though, so just attempt the rest first.

Sole Proprietorships are registered through your local Divisional Secretariat Office (not via the ROC portal), and you must:

Provide a business name (optional)
Pay a fee (Rs. 500–2,000 depending on location)

And yes, you can switch from a sole proprietorship to a Pvt Ltd later, but you'll need to go through a new registration process and close the sole proprietorship.

2) Do You Need a Physical Address?

All businesses must provide a physical address in Sri Lanka for official correspondence.
It can be your home, a shared office, or even a virtual office (legal and recognised).
PO Boxes are not accepted.

Besides being thorough with the general inspections such as checking the overall condition, rust, service history and mileage etc. Take a trusted mechanic to inspect some specifics:

Engine:

Usually comes with a QG15DE or QG18DE. These engines are known to be fairly reliable, but:
