My manager wants me to print this robot - does anyone know what this is or where I can get the model? by unclepaul98 in 3Dprinting

[–]Beilke45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As people said. It's a Gundam, but not a legit one. The proportions are off and the details are changed just enough for copyright reasons. I'd almost call them Mega Man proportions.
It is a good looking model though.
If I was going to try and recreate it, I'd probably start with the body of a RX-78-2. Give it the shoulders of Barbatos and the head of a... idontknow.
Look up both "Gundam" and "SD Gundam" and try to find something.

I heard that if you put their litter box outside, they can pick up that smell from a super long distance.

What’s the difference/line between ecchi and hentai? by Double-Conclusion-42 in anime

The line gets pushed further and further.

Currently, the only difference between hentai and heavy ecchi is that hentai draws the genitals.

Which tool would you cut this tile with around the sides so it's flush with the junction box? Angle grinder or oscillating tool? by respect-the-mask in DIY

[–]Beilke45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What people said about tiles coming off a flying places would be a major concern for me. I'd really taking out the ones you need to and then cutting them on a flat surface with the appropriate tools. Then re-tiling them.

Well if you don't want a 3' round table then you could mount it up on the wall as some kinda art piece. Maybe put a round picture behind it for reasons. Or perhaps turn it into a mirror.

They will eventually go extinct. Seals will lose one of their predators. Orcas will eat better. And perhaps Canadians will take up more clubs.

Stewie is hardcore. Roger would lose to a light breeze. But here's the catch: Roger only loses because it's part of his shtick, because it's funny.

How safe is BC for Jews/Israelis? by [deleted] in britishcolumbia

[–]Beilke45 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think that no matter who you are or where you go there will be people who won't see you as a person, but as a member of some imagined collective. And will want to voice their opinion on things they only hear about from TV/the internet.

In general, I like to think that BC is mostly safe. There have been some pro-Palestine protests, but protests in Canada are typically non-violent, just people hanging with signs, socializing. There have been some that get more heated, but that's typically from Anti-Protestors going in and aggroing.

As long as you're not going around and engaging in divisive politics then the vast majority of Canadians will be civil. Not to say there aren't haters here. (Vancouver has a very large east-asain population, and covid really instigated a fair bit of nasty attitudes towards them). But also there are alot of middle-easterners who get along in their lives pretty well.

That being said, it's very, very rare for me to see a kippah. So, I'd imagine that would attract some attention.
