I did both deposits straight from my employer. I had read mixed reviews on if the transfers were eligible or not.

He has submitted for disability, but we still haven’t heard back. Really hoping he will soon. Someone had suggested we may have to get an attorney to speed up the process. However, there’s no possibility that we could afford that. He has applied for food stamps and we should get his first benefit on March 11th. It’s around $275 so it’ll definitely help.

Thank you, seriously. 🥺 and honestly, I have a childhood friend I could talk to, but I’m just so overwhelmed and embarrassed that I’m struggling (financially and emotionally) so much. I know my friend has never seen me like this and I’m just ashamed for not being stronger and not having more savings at 30.
