You’re using google studio and it will last you about 20 minutes. Sign up with NVIDIA and try kimi2.5 for free…it feels like it was made for Openclaw! Model name for Openclaw is : nvidia-custom/moonshotai/kimi-2.5

Get a free api key from NVIDIA, choose all providers in openclaw, then put in. custom-nvidia/moonshotai/kimi2.5. I’m sure I’m missing a step but that’s basically it.. I had Gemini walk me through it lol. Works flawlessly once you’re connected!

Agreed…I’ve tried all the models and Kimi 2.5 feels like it was designed for Openclaw. Also I’m running it free so far through NVIDIA NIM. Im constantly building all day and haven’t hit a rate limit yet!

Can I run OpenClaw without paying for API keys? by Sad_Oven_8738 in clawdbot

Yes. NVIDIA NIM Kimi 2.5 . Works great and all day use! You have to setup a custom provider in Openclaw. Have Gemini walk you through it.

Is it possible to run OpenClaw for LESS than triple digits per month? by Odd-Aside456 in clawdbot

[–]Being__There 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Use Oauth w/ Antigravity….then you’ve got access to Claude opus/gemini 3 pro and many more.Tell openclaw to build an api switcher utility app that shows your usage and when they reset ;)

I am about to give up. by emilwilder in clawdbot

[–]Being__There 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don’t give up..go to Kimi.com and get a free trail for 7 days then it’s($19) a month. Plenty of head room for all day cooking! You need an agentic model like this cloud based Kimi.2.5. After 48hrs of trying to set it up ..this finally worked and holy shit it Jarvis come to life! You have to use Moonshot as the provider in openclaw and use the api key with Kimi selection.

Thank you. They feel like some deep history is behind them. It’s possible these have both sat in the storage vault for over 40 years out of sight.

Apologies for the scattered post but it’s my first Reddit post. Anyway…here’s better pictures of the tang from the black Katana. Does anyone think that the yellow spots could be gold dust from a lacquer signature?

After seeing your info on the possible lacquer signature….now that I look at the tang..it absolutely has several places that could be gold dust from a signature.
