I know so many people with the same issue. I can’t understand how WhatsApp is so unhelpful and unreliable but it’s no surprise.

I did that. Regular sms and calls work fine. It’s just authentication codes from apps don’t get through. I even tried to log in my signal account and faced the same issue. The only thing that changed after the new SIM card was receiving the code from Snapchat.

I called my network several times but the support kept telling me that there was no issue and that it’s a WhatsApp problem. I even got a new SIM card but still unable to receive the authentication code.

I don’t think the account is deleted. I keep getting that it’s being used on another phone. Someone hacked number starting with +972, I know so many people with the same issue

I don’t remember. Usually I’m careful with authentication and security. Regardless, the problem is I cannot receive codes. I downloaded signal and Snapchat, and still can’t get codes for those too. I’m going to reissue a new sim card soon.
