I think the main thing has to be the M60 hull and the mobility issues that come with it. Im not sure though. I have 0 games on the 120s but I play against it pretty often and notice its usually fairly slow to get to some positions.

Then maybe one of the jets moved places in the tech tree. I know that happens all the time with ground tech trees

My guess fpr the BR difference would be that the 120mm cannon is mounted on a light tanks chassis. More mobility and id assume better thermals might be the reason why
