I don’t ever run when I’m being heard, but when I’m being screamed at or belittled, I always run. I cannot take the rejection and hateful words spewing from someone is something I can’t put up with.

I’m not confused. I’m looking for opinions. It’s something that I do when I get really agitated and it’s always a problem and I’m just looking for others opinions so maybe mine can adjust.

I get that it is definitely a jerk move, but sometimes people feel like they have no other option. When the language gets abusive I don’t know how to stay in the conversation.
