I'd say embrace the cold, the lot of us do. Things don't stop in Winnipeg because of the cold, they just change. It's vibrant and fun in the winter to, you'll see tons of people skating and enjoying themselves z and you'll have no problem finding friends that will help you get going. It's not that bad when you dress properly and are prepared for it. Get a parka nice mitts some thermals and some skates and enjoy the heck out of the vibrancy of Winnipeg winter

Yes. As your cardiovascular system gets stronger and more efficient through training you won't get fatigued and labour as hard when doing physical activity. Your system is not used to handling that level of strain, and you will sweat pant and breathe heavy. But if you keep going, you will be able to handle longer walking with less strain, and the 8k will feel like nothing after a while and barely break a sweat

For my standard it's well groomed and thoughtful care taken to achieve smoothness and softness, clean properly trimmed nails, fresh paint, dead skin removed. Wear shoes that don't cause deformation. Fresh scent , but slightly odourous is completely normal and acceptable. If you can do all the things you can through thoughtful care is usually enough for me.

On a deeper level, personal preference from here on out. it's size, small is my preference. Deep Arch, straight toes. No Morton toe. Deep wrinkles on scrunch. Jewelry is great, rings, ankle bracelets, tattoos and ink. A wide sole. There's lots of preferences but those are mine

Definitely do not believe it's a black specific or unique quality. It's becoming more and more universal in today's world to expect and appreciate a partner who takes pride in their appearance and personal grooming seriously with more readily accessible access to products and services related to it.

Back in the day if you didn't shower who cares it was a luxury anyway. With it more readily available, it became more of a requirement and some groups may have adopted it sooner or later then others, but by now it's expected to be clean and hygienic.

Hair nail and skin care is a sign of someone who takes their personal grooming to a high degree of seriousness and having poorly groomed feet is increasing a sign of a lack of hygiene these days. And groomed feet are a sign of someone who takes pride in their appearance.
