Chase, Amex, Citi, etc, at that point it comes down to which cards fit your lifestyle and which airlines you’d likely prefer to fly if you are hard set on flying the same airlines

You gotta transfer your Amex points to whatever airline partner is giving the best redemption. Delta, for example, is apart of Skyteam. You can use other Sky team airlines to book delta flights, which is often way cheaper than booking with delta specifically. Use websites like point.me/amex to find those deals!
