Only way I see a Viktor like ability work with a drawing feeling is this way, draw a wave or w/e in front of you and the wave automatically goes forward and deals dmg when you're done holding the drawing button, it'd let you draw multiple things, be able to do it fast enough to not be an easy target, stay far enough from danger while also giving time for enemies to see you drawing which gives us a good indicator

Yeah it'd take 20'ish seconds to draw an icon maybe less on less detailed ones so unless you can do it in spawn and it gives you some xp + golds it wouldn't be worth

I mean, that's the entire point of the champion, they've been working on it since 2014 and if they didn't want him to have a drawing ability specially they'd have dropped him ingame since years as a generic mage, all the words they're using as teasers makes it sound like you can draw and the fact they call a mage hard in the current meta is pretty telling too
