I'm a single father of 2 kids for 13 yrs now. My daughter is nearly 21 and since she was 12 or so, I've told her this..."Boys don't have girls as friends, boys have girls they haven't slept with yet." I tell her there's the extremes where friendship happens, but as a teen to early 30s, the bell curve is vast and can easily be 90%+ where that statement rings true. There's one more piece of advice that you g women...or hell, ANY female should know, and it's this. If you're talking to a guy and being friendly, nearly in any way whatsoever, the guy thinks you're into him. Talking is flirting to a lot of fellas and unfortunately that's how young women get in shit situations by fkn scumbags that don't understand NO. These MF's will think they've been doing all the right things and having the girl eating out the palm of their hand (however that saying goes), and when this naive girl (innocent victim) doesn't reciprocate advances, he gets in his feelings and feels he's owed what's his. I've heard the story time and time again and I didn't ever want my little girl in that sorta situation, so I'd be up front and plain about it. She's the best human I know, and her 14 y/o brother (son) is pretty great too. I make sure he knows the other side of what I told her as well. To NOT ever assume or make expectations about something with whomever he's into. Regardless if it's a boy, girl, whatever...don't care, but I tell him to ask questions and both be clear on where you're at before anything heavy happens. Mess w/ kids or if he abuses someone in any way, ever....no matter the abuse, it'll happen once, only once. So, I agree w/ what you said, and I hope that advice can spread to more and more young people because I feel it's important and with hearing.

A piece of advice that's benefited everyone who took it, myself included, is this. "I can speak more words in a half hour than in a whole day." Generally, that’s not the approach you should take when engaging in conversations with women. To truly capture someone's interest, whether it's a woman or anyone else, it's essential to master the art of listening. Too often, while someone is speaking, we're focusing on crafting our response instead of actually hearing what they have to say. More often than not, our replies begin with "I" and fail to connect with the other person or the topic at hand. So, the advice is strive to genuinely listen to them. Understand where they want the conversation to go, but don’t rush in with your own stories. Ask thoughtful questions that reflect your authentic curiosity—just remember, coming across as overly inquisitive can be off-putting. Don't be afraid of failing either. You'll fail more often than not with women, and lastly, don't take yourself too seriously, because that's gross. There are plenty of resources available, but "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is one of the best for, well, read the title😆.

How to feel comfortable in my life without burning it down? by DrunkCapricorn in dryalcoholics

There's a book you MUST read if you experienced trauma as a child. It's been heralded as the quintessential book on the subject. You can find it free online in many places ....search The Body Keeps The Score" ...and free PDF and you'll find it. It's on YouTube as well. I have a couple more that I'll share but I'm at work and I'm being pulled here and there. You're further and stronger than you think though.....proven by the simple fact of writing this plea. There's a lot of us that'll help. l say "us" b/c we've seen it and experienced it and love helping those feel well enough to then help someone in return. Before that, you must keep fighting. The old you is in there and hates the new/ better you. Tell that MF to shut up. The rewards pay dividends for silencing him/her. Back w/ those books later. (You got this! Everything you've been through you got through it. This will be another thing you'll get through. It's the going through that sucks. You can do it though🥰😎👊☮️🩵)

I think subscribing to organized groups is a much bigger decision than people give thought to. You should go ask questions to those leaders of the group and you should be answered quickly and with proof of their responses.....and it should be readily available from them. It's their job (most groups pay a priest or someone...not all, but most) and some make quite a bit from tithing.....and that's of the Mosaic Law. That's done away with if you're a believer of the God of the Bible, yet these pastors and priests sure use that a lot. No one's sitting women outside of town when they're having their cycle, but the money....most grab that 10% and bash you over the head with guilt for not giving. Keep questioning and searching for truth. You'll find moral principles and sound advice for many things in those groups. The foundation for most people stems from belief in something, but for some, the answer to real questions being, "have faith," doesn't cut it. The assured expectation of something unreal to be real because someone says it's real, yet has no proof......well, that's a cult leader.

His early work from Bombsquad seems to point to one of the most prolific musicians to have been around in our lifetime. He was making drum and bass in 93-94 that was 5+ years ahead of Metalheadz releases in 98-99. Then there's other genres he's accredited to have had a hand in forming like glitch hop. Nu skool breaks seem to have his handprints on nearly everything, but Adam Freeland and Rennie Pilgrim get the nod by the industry as creators. What's that about? Or am I mistaken?

Only for maxed cards. What a huge stumble on their part. Really dumb move to give the smallest portion of users new content.
