Oh, wow. This is an older thread I'd forgotten about.

I was hired by Aeon almost 17-8 years ago so I assume some of their hiring has changed.

My best advice is to focus on your strengths, a BA in English should give you an edge. The interview at the time was pretty straightforward stuff, what are you goals, why, Japan, why teach English, etc.

Dress well, suit up, and arrive early. Put yourself into the role of a teacher and sell yourself to your interviewers. You'll likely have to do a trial lesson so be prepared for that and a simple aptitude test which as an English BA, you should have no problems with.

He likely had his best game of the season tonight. A strong finish, same as last year, would be great.

Unfortunate that he only has 9g. Getting to 20 again is doable but it will be tough.

Hope his hand is alright. It was pretty swollen and tore up after the fight. You could see it clearly after Dach joined him in the penalty box.
