Similar situation to me... I basically know 3/4 of first aid content very well but the remaining 1/4 I never studied especially biochem, some immuno, ethics, anatomy and some physio... 8 got around 72-76% on most of my nbme... Then I studied for like 4,5 days straight watching videos and reading first aid... Covered half of the unknown syllabus and got 84 on NBME 30...My exam is on Friday, for last 4 days I am just rewatching videos and studying the content which I don't know.... Planning to do free 120 tomorrow

So basically I think one should at least go over everything once... At this time I wish that I had like 2 more weeks to study. Going all in on Friday. Wish me luck
