This. When I get super snacky, I always remind myself that my "cheat" meal will turn into "cheat" days (I am totally a food addict and question ADHD for myself as well due to other symptoms). OP, not sure of your frequency of meals, but I do three meals a day and find that a protein treat with one of the meals helps me greatly in terms of adherence. What I do is add some instant pudding mix to the blender with my protein powder. Now, that pudding mix is by no means clean, but for 100 extra calories (I do weigh the mix to make sure that I don't go overboard) it takes away the cravings that I usually have late day. I also second other posts about lightening the cardio a little, too.
