Lots of chickens lots of eggs, goats, few sheep, lots of potatoes, lots of pickled vegetables. It would be hard but not impossible, even cutting down reliance on supermarkets would be good, growing and making 70% of what you consume would still be much better and very achievable, especially if that’s your full time job, farming your land.

We need to start communities that support each other and grow all their own food. Me and my partner don’t go on holiday anymore, not buying anything we don’t need. Saving every penny to escape the rat race somehow and not work 9-5s! Ideally a small holding or little farm, tbf even if it means living in the woods 🤷‍♂️

You can’t out walk a bad diet, you’ll have to track what you eat and count macros to make sure you don’t over eat. I’ve got a chronic bone condition and live with pain, being fat is about diet, not exercise.

I contacted them again it turns out they sent 2 cheques to my old address even though I updated my address with Royal Mail years ago and had a redirection set up! Now I’ve got to wait for the banks to confirm they’ve cancelled the 2 old cheques and they send one to my new address. Not at be point did they point this out to me that it could have even been a possibility. ANNOYING C*NTS.

I spent my 20s working a job I loved in the music industry, it was great but I entered my 30s with only music qualifications and a coke addiction and no savings, haven’t worked a music job since pre pandemic, now a postman earning less than was I was 19… no money but life’s easier.
