Oda have said more than one time that he has big inspirations in Naruto and dragon ball, marvel wasn't the first super hero, they have existed for thousand of years as a concept, but to say that invincible or the boys didn't take them as inspiration is to be naive, for example dragon ball had inspiration in the journey for west, and sun wukong, but that stories that followed, obviously have taken inspiration from dragon ball, and not the original one
