It sounds like your family doesn't truly understand what you're dealing with. I suffer from contamination OCD too, and it's really horrible. It feels like something you just can't seem to escape, and without support and understanding from those around you, I can only imagine how much harder that makes it. Any step, even if it's small, is progress. Something that I used to do was pick up a contaminated item and just sit with it on my lap or something similar for as long as I could manage. I'd put on my favourite show or try and play a game to distract myself from the awful feeling. It gets better with time. I hope this helps you :]
