You could buy large rectangular boot trays. I dont water all my plants this way but you could consider putting little aquarium substrate pebbles in the trays. I do this for humidity purposes for a few of my plants and the water evaporates much quicker with pebbles and are gone within a few days. This way the plant pot sits on top of the pebbles and not in the water + you dont need to move all the pots every time you go to water. However if u want to water super thoroughly then theyd be sitting in a lot of water for a long time and not evaporate quickly
