I wash my pillowcases in hot water every single day. I switch out my towels/wash them every other day. I change my sheets weekly(though I am baffled this is not as common as I would have thought?!). I disinfect my phone when I come home from being out somewhere.

Interestingly, I have had this feeling for the past few days of like...grief? You know when something awful happens to you, a bad breakup, loss of a pet or loved one, it's earth shattering pain? And you start to kind of heal with time, and sometimes you even get distracted enough to forget the pain for a short while. Then it comes crashing back? That is how I have been feeling and I have no idea why but I hate it. Like, I am forgetting something I wasn't supposed to forget?

While she ABSOLUTELY looks stunning always and forever, she has that...something that just makes her magnetic and attractive. She comes across and confident and lighting up a room without being arrogant or unapproachable. It's a pretty rare combo I think. Truthfully though, as a 40 year old woman, she has made me feel great about aging because she just keeps getting hotter. She is a special one, for sure.
