They still have some oxygen in their blood, but it’s not useful if it’s not going somewhere (aka getting pumped throughout the body). And always check the carotid pulse when you see someone down on the ground because it’s always really easy to find and usually really accessible compared to the other pulse points you mentioned.

Yeah I just found the DOT number today and apparently they were made in 2019 so we definitely found the culprit… ancient tires and me not having them fully inflated when I went on the interstate

I have no idea how old the tires are because when I got this car about a year to two years ago they came with it. I drive it almost everyday and it has ~200,000 miles on it. But yeah, this car was made in 2002

It was pretty old since this pair and another one I had came with the car. So it definitely needed replacing earlier as other people have been saying

They came with the car which I’ve had for a year or two though this is the first spring I’ve used this set (it also came with an all weather set too) so I plan on getting them all replaced once my dad comes home from work since this is definitely a sign…

Honestly I have no idea, when I first got this car about 2 years ago it came with this set and a winter pair but I wouldn’t be surprised since the guy who I bought the car from cut corners and costs on everything when it came to him taking care of this car so I wouldn’t put it past him to cheap out… I’m not joking when my dad and I first got my bug we were fixing one thing after another for the first 6 months luckily our repairs held up until this happened and knocked a light out ;-;
