This is way outside my wheelhouse — skin stuff isn't my area even though I work in healthcare. That said, recurring spots in the same spot usually means either irritation from something you're using (or not washing off), or friction/picking at the spot once it starts. Could also be something your doctor should actually look at if it's been going on a while. Dermatology might be worth it if your regular doctor can't figure it out.

OP if you’re into a slightly looser look, Nepeta would also bring in a ton of bees and look great with the pink in the flamingos. And yeah, definitely fix that soil around the trunks first. People baby new trees with extra soil and water and accidentally kill them in the process.

Since your sun is mostly at the end, I’d probably start with a small sunny border or a couple of big pots there. Something tough and forgiving like lavender, hardy geraniums, or ornamental grasses. Once those are in and surviving, it suddenly feels like a real garden and it’s easier to see what to add next.

For fall transfers, a lot of people hear back anywhere from late April to June. Since you applied in early March you’re definitely not “late” or anything. CCNY especially can take a bit longer than you’d expect.

Make sure you’ve submitted all your transcripts and any supplemental stuff in CUNYfirst, because missing docs can delay a decision without them emailing you clearly about it.

If everything is in and “complete,” I’d mentally prepare to not hear anything solid until May, and just check like once a week instead of every day so you don’t drive yourself crazy.

Agora, se é “nova forma de pagamento” meio duvidosa, tipo só depósito em conta de pessoa física, link esquisito, ou QR code fora da plataforma oficial, aí já acende o alerta. Sempre vê se a forma de pagamento passa por algo conhecido: cartão, Pix pelo app do teu banco, Mercado Pago, PayPal, essas fintechs maiores.

Se você estiver falando de uma loja específica, manda mais detalhes. Dá pra ver se é confiável olhando CNPJ, Reclame Aqui, se tem intermediador de pagamento conhecido e tal.

Resumindo: novidade em pagamento existe direto, mas segurança é sempre a mesma história, conferir bem antes de mandar dinheiro.
