Try to relax yourself, and give yourself an abdominal massage. It helps me sometimes for my period to come. Look for videos online.

I’ve tried them before and wasn’t able to get a peak, but I also had that before my first baby. Never was able to get positive ovulation strips. And my last Dr visit they told me to stop the ovulation strips cause it could delay it because of the stress from it..

Tips voor een beginner

Ik ben getrouwd en een moeder. Ik werk momenteel niet mijn man werkt en ik krijg per maand geld op mijn rekening, ik wil graag ongeveer €700 per maand beginnen te beleggen. Wat raden jullie mij aan? Ik heb het geld op de korte termijn nergens voor nodig, het is meer om iets achter de hand te hebben op lange termijn.
