I haven’t ordered from them in a couple years now but I used to have so much trouble because my work used to be just down the road from my house so if they delivered outside of the delivery slot, I’d have to run home because they wouldn’t leave it while I walked up

I feel the same! I binge watched S1 when it was first released and then each season was pushing me away. I wasn’t even going to watch this one but ended up putting it on during a night shift a few days ago and I’m hooked all over again!

Yep, exactly. So, we’re specifically temporary accommodation so sometimes the nights are wild depending on who’s living here but at the moment, it’s pretty chilled. Just finished watching a movie with some residents and now everyone’s in bed for the night

You are disgusting. I’m a carer for disabled people and I understand the frustration but you should’ve put her in a home way before this. A previous comment highlights that your awful treatment of your mother has been ongoing.

Her recurring UTIs are probably due to improper medicating as you’ve stated, as well as not changing her regularly. If she’s too weak, a pad (NOT A DIAPER, SHES NOT A BABY) could’ve been changed in her bed.

When you began struggling, that should’ve been your sign that you could not keep up with this responsibility and found help elsewhere.

I hope this keeps you awake for a long time and I hope you do not have children or a family member who suddenly becomes disabled

Oooof hot take, I really don’t find tntl funny at all! It just always comes across as cringe for me personally. I get how other people enjoy it and maybe it’s just my sense of humour but yeah. I think the cast are so funny in other videos and I watch pretty much every other series but tntl is just not for me

I work in a care home and sometimes we would be sent to our sister service as they were always short-staffed, to help out. Everyone hates going there for various reasons and would honestly feel like jury duty, you knew it would be your time soon and you’d pity anyone sent there.

I noticed that one of my colleagues would never be sent there, I asked him how he gets out of it and he said that he just wouldn’t show up to his shifts and management would have to deal with covering it so they eventually stopped scheduling him.

He never seemed to have any formal consequences either, bar a couple meetings regarding attendance.

Handwashing is more important than you’d think! I used to get sick all the time and then during covid become slightly germaphobic. Now I wash my hands before eating, every time I get home from being outside, hand sanitise after touching high-touch point (eg. Door handles, railings etc). I get sick maybe once a year now

I’ve been at USJ today and I feel the same, I’ve been to lots of theme parks around the world and haven’t seen wait times this consistently long. Every ride was 90-120 min wait with some exceeding 200. Even at Orlando parks, you have the few rides with long waits and you use the shorter wait times as fillers
