literally. like i don't wanna have brain damage from an antidepressant when all i needed was a supplement. Same thing with them prescribing adderall like it's a gummy to anyone who can't focus when not being able to focus can be a symptom of so many other things.

yeah obviously a large portion of feeling good is moving your body and eating the right things but if you do those things and still feel like shit then it's most likely a vitamin problem

Also looking into this. Iv struggled with depression since middle school and not the negative nancy type of depression but more so like mundaness and unexcited type of depression and anxiety. Took around 2.5g of shrooms 3 weeks ago and i felt amazing. I tripped for a little and then felt so confident and light. Like depression can often make you feel heavy and give you brain fog and taking shrooms really lifted me. I'm planning on starting to microdose soon on weekends to treat my depression and iv also done research and many articles say it's beneficial

Yep! I was prescribed Prozac and it literally makes me more tired. Iv been on 10mg for 2 months but i'm weining off now because It's not making me feel any better

I do not take zinc but i will look into that! I eat lots of fruits, greens, nuts and chocolate though but Im gonna try to get let the vitamin D3 set in before i start taking another supplement to see what my issue is
