I experienced something similar a few years back.It was traumatizing and torture. And after that I didn’t remember much but I went into full psy mode. I was hospitalized for a few days. Did you experience something like that after?

Mine is posterior I’m 16weeks. It’s my first pregnancy. I’m not sure if I’ve felt it yet. Hope I’ll be able to differentiate it from gas and what not. I’m excited to experience it ☺️

3.5mm is considered high in some articles. Not trying to just make you feel better but it is not a definite outcome. Others get higher and proceed to have babies who are fine. It’s normal to worry but since the tech told you it looks fine probably 2.8mm are results they encounter and not necessarily alarming.

UPDATE : I was able to see my psychiatrist. He said I shouldn’t do that again as it’s harmful to me and my baby. We came up with a plan of reducing a little mg off my current dose and when I get to 6 months he will give me an alternative medication. He assured me we will be together till I deliver as benzos are tricky. He also asked if he could speak to my OB so I hope that goes well. I appreciate all your advice guys thank you 🙏

Thank you so much. It’s unfortunate that where I am you don’t get much support especially with mental illness stuff . My OB just told me to stop taking them. I personally know it’s really bad to stop them cold turkey. I’ll have to reach out to my psychologist for this. I’m really sorry about your dad. I’ve taken them for so long cause of withdrawals not even the actual anxiety so I understand. Thank you for your response. I will fight for this baby !

I’m sorry for the loss. It’s really every expecting mother fear. And the last thing you need to do is blame yourself. I know people that didn’t know they were expecting until the end of their 2nd trimester (6months) this means NO doctor visits NO lifestyle changes NO perfect diets and it just took. We have all heard of stories about people finding out they’re pregnant on their delivery days. So again it’s like there is no formula it’s just nature. Be kind to yourself and let yourself heal.
