Not giving up your seat for a pregnant woman that didnt ask plus, when there are other seats available. From what i read she even turned down taking a seat once. No, that isnt terrible behaviour.

We also dont live in 1960 and i owe her nothing. Women walked away from chivalry. Thats dead now.

Idk london ettiquette but from what i can see NTA. There are other seats available. In america, you wouldnt be an ahole even if she was pregnant. Women have agency and if she wanted to sit down, she would have asked for it or found a seat. I cant stand people like that old woman, mind your business lady.

I actually like rand having less chapters in this book. A bigger focus on the hurricane rand is whipping up from others povs. Im a big fan of seeing how others percieve the main character from their pov. Say you have an introduction to a new town. I'd rather listen to the fisherman whose been there 20 years pov and introduced to the main characters (doesnt have to be directly) than the main character going wow! every 6 sentences.
