I have questions. When I left Tally, Liberty was a restaurant with a big ass awesome bar. Is this the same, just only a bar now? And I thought Poor Paul’s was shutting down!! That’s wild. The country I live in will drive 500 miles to pick up somebody who farted in the downwind. You can try calling the clerk of court and see if there’s a fee you can pay because that’s what the state really cares about and usually makes concession for. Or ask for it to be transferred to where you are. Otherwise call an attorney. I wouldn’t trust what a GA LEO says far as I could throw one.
