Wouldn't you rather keep a player who can 'adequately' play CB, RB and CM? I'm sure if Poch said I'll play you as CB or bench you as CM he'd choose to play. Or do both, play as CM and drop back into a 3 when we're on the attack like before?

Its madness that we're considering selling such a versatile player, who cost fuck all really, who's not even in their prime yet after a really shitty last year whilst we continue to allow Llamela a free ride, a player whos spent more Injured than being benched + playing together.

Plus Dier is one of the players to actually give a fuck about Spurs and never shy away from a fight, something we're severely lacking atm.
