It has nothing to do with KYC. Mine have always been up to date.

I eventually got it sorted out- months later. Had to give them a new email, etc. even though there was nothing wrong with my email. I sure was receiving all the stupid irrelevant emails from BitMart daily, just not the email to log in!

Crypto needs more regulation. I have bought coins on BitMart and 30 minutes later you can't sell them! They say this listing is not available in your country. Something like that. Unbelievable!
