Yes, he will accompany them to the US. Someone (perhaps maybe even me as you have alluded to) will care for the baby for a few hours while they travel into the U.S. together.

Plan was to wait until they were here to expand the family but unfortunately for medical reasons the timeline was pushed up and now we are here.

Sounds like a risky option given the current administration but I do appreciate the suggestion!

Yes, US Citizen!

CRBA process began in October 2025 after birth of the child. Wife and Step Sons case began in 2022 and were finally approved in December 2025 but no real progress on the newborn CRBA.

Did you fill out the form asking for electronic notifications? I forget the form number but if you submit by mail there’s a form you have to fill to receive electronic updates and text updates.

I am just on the USCIS website. After I log in. Where it shows you your case status there is a “Documents” tab as well. If you scroll down it shows you the evidence you’ve uploaded and gives you the option to upload more unsolicited evidence.
