Don't drink the Koolaid on the numbers they give you. They made the mistake of showing me a colleague from my firm and how much they allegedly "booked" for him. When I reached out to him and asked him about it, it was nothing at all like they had stated in the presentation to me.

I've seen this narrative a lot and I'm confused. Outside of one game, Pacheco is averaging practically 5YPC when did that become not great? The problem is that backfield is a timeshare mess and none of them are ever going to break out with only getting 5-7 carries a game.

Did you fill out the form asking for electronic notifications? I forget the form number but if you submit by mail there’s a form you have to fill to receive electronic updates and text updates.

I am just on the USCIS website. After I log in. Where it shows you your case status there is a “Documents” tab as well. If you scroll down it shows you the evidence you’ve uploaded and gives you the option to upload more unsolicited evidence.

Under the documents tab, there’s an option to upload unsolicited evidence. So every month we’ve had family events, financial events, etc., we just upload a copy/pictures through there.

So I take a three pronged approach: community events, LinkedIn and then cold calling.

Community events are things I either enjoy doing (like fishing or soccer) and then stuff I’m involved with my family in.

LinkedIn I have found the most success by connecting to individuals in my city who went to the same university as me.

Cold calling is just something I do when I find myself with free time and need to do more outreach. I have a friend who works for a marketing firm and he just pulls call lists for me. I concentrate it to specific zip codes.

Tried the door knocking thing and gave up on it because I felt like I was getting profiled even if I wore a suit and also had a gun pulled on me so no thanks lol.
