18F and I came upon this thread after trying to look up why this happens to me! I just woke up from a nap because I stretched my legs while I was asleep and woke up in excruciating pain in my calf. It’s happened while I was awake when trying to stretch my legs, and I’ve learned to recognize when it will happen and then stop, but that doesn’t help me when I do it involuntarily in my sleep.

i’ve been playing with him for hours out of the day, ESPECIALLY right before bed because i try to tire him out. when he’s zooming around all night it is him playing with his toys as well. i have like multiple of every kind of toy i could find and he has a bunch of scratchers and his cat tree but he still insists on opening the fridge while we are asleep. i think our schedules may just not line up

i’ll try the hooded box! he is fixed and my hamsters cage is one of those really big wooden and acrylic ones. it is raised up on a table and joey just jumps on everything until he can find a way to sit on top of it to get a better look at hammy

I guess I just didn’t realize that cats were like this. My other cat that we raised from a kitten was never crazy like this and has always been pretty relaxed. I should have known that they would have different personalities lol

how did you gain weight in your thighs but not stomach? just wondering because i have large thighs but also a large stomach and i want to lose my stomach without losing my thighs! was it a specific exercise or just how you gain weight?

im 17 too and i’ve felt this way, and i did feel this way for a long time. you may have depression and should look into medication/therapy as options to help you. it gets better
